I am still quitting one day at a time.........but each day brings a whole new learning experience. Taking on this challenge is "huge" for me...but I know how much strength it has taken to get this far and I am proud of how far I've come.

This is a wonderful gift we give to ourselves. It is difficult to 'wake up' - you should be proud of your efforts. Thanks for posting - I think we can all relate to this in our own personal struggle with this. Personally, I want to see how deep this rabbit hole is.
Glad you had a good Thanksgiving.
keep fightin' the good fight - fish :)

Windy,
You have every right to be proud. I'm sure your family is proud of you too. You are an awesome quitter. Better days are ahead. You are going to be amazed at how much you will grow during this process of quitting. The confidence and freedom one gains is out of this world. There really aren't words to describe how wonderful being free actually is. I can't wait for you to reach that point!
Congratulations!

I am so proud of you, and yes I think the quit is a very personal journey. I don't think someone that doesn't smoke will ever understand the feeling of loosing a best friend. But all in all this journey is about you and how you feel about yourself....so I say if you are excited then shout it from the rooftops.
You are doing great my friend...remember day by day.
