Oh, do I ever know THAT feeling! The key is "might as well," where "might" is a very indefinite thing; you'll find your own strength by changing the "might as well" to a "most definitely NOT." Remember, whether it's Day 6 or Year 6, would we all rather not be ex-smokers who occasionally want a cigarette, or smokers who constantly want to quit?
