Niks, Thanks for sharing. Too bad for Jenny, she's doing it the hard way. That's one of the great benefit of our site, you benefit from the wisdom of those who have come before you. Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

Thinking I can have one. I'm soooo good. I haven't smoked in x number of days, I'll reward myself with a good smoke. That's what has always done me in. Instead of removing the smoking option. Smoking becomes a treat. I'm so good, I DESERVE to smoke! That's why rewards other than smoking are so important. Making cigs the treat, the end goal after a job well done is going to do you in every time. I know that one cigarette leads to a carton. I've played that game enough to know. I wish Jenny knew that. Someday she will. There is NO bargaining with addiction.....you see that....and as for the thinking that you can't drink without smoking????? well I think you know the answer to that one too.....don't be drinking for now. it doesn't have to mean "forever"....but it has ruined more quits than I can shake a stick at. Let your quit be your NUMBER ONE priority....do NOTHING that puts it in jeopardy. It will begin to grow and gain strength...soon you will be denying yourself nothing....and you will also be FREE!
