Thanks for walking through this everyone! Yes, you can submit a name and no need to know their story! As indicated put N/A in all the boxes in order to submit. We let the recipient know that they were choosen well in advance, in order for them to submit their story :) It is wonderful see all the submissions and we choose someone for every month, but the more nominations we have, the easier it is!
