Give yourself the precious, relatively short amount of time for your mind and body to recover. Time, distance, motivators, distractions and your will are your allies. Work with them; allow them to perform their magic.
It is very important to your success that you turn your back and walk away. Train your mind to never give it a thought, move on. Remind yourself often how wonderful and proud you are of yourself. Awe you have winning qualities! Your loved ones are so very proud and pleased with you.

There is so, so much goodness that comes out of being smoke free. One small thing for me, I don�t look for a match. More substantially, I am not jumping out of my chair to go outside to smoke. How has it helped you?
