Great post, Lady. I never saw smoking as the same kind of addiction as addiction to alochol or illegal drugs. Once I did, that knowledge really helped me in my quit. I have also had the guilt about the smoking years, I think most of us have, but now I know better so I do better and the only way to get where I'm going is forward. I try not to dwell on the past.
