Crazy and Moss---wishing you the best week ever! Having a good start to this week myself, this is my 2nd last week on the patch and ready to finally give it up but will do as the program states. My run yesterday was the easiest and most enjoyable one ever. I didn't cough up a lung or feel like I wanted to pass out. What a difference not smoking makes! Even better my daughter gets to stay with her dad!! I need the break!! It's a good feeling not to have to worry about a 6 hour flight non stop without smoking!!!
