MJ,
Congratulations for picking yourself up and starting again.
I prefer "Phoenix Rising" to "Fallen Warrior"; it is so much more positive so stick with it!

Hi guys:
After my "Fallen Warrior" thread I have regrouped and now have a stretch of smoke free days under my belt (again). My plan to rely more on the NRT gum is going well, however I still don't find I need the maximum daily allowance. When I feel an urge to light up, I tell myself that it is just the nicotine I want at the moment, and not the rest of the junk and stink that goes with a cigarette. Nicodemon still influencing me, but will deal with him later.
Thanks to bj for my new thread title and to DL for the Athena suggestion. The latter I will save to use when I am truly in a position to be a quit mentor. And thanks as well to rest of you who responded with so much support - smoke free hugs to all of you.
