i had a checkup today and got my blood results from the test they did thursday.
i post this not to brag but as encouragement to others because 6 months ago my doctor wanted to put me on medication for high cholestrol.
now i did start a good eating plan at the first of the year , but not smoking helped me exercise harder.

my doctor was surprised , but man what a difference lifestyle changes can make.
