I had never smelled it before but it makes me sick now I can't stand how your hand smells after you have had your set of keys in them. I'm so sensitive to it nowdays.

Hi Popsmom- I too can identify with the dreams and sniff o meter!! but can I add to this taste??? everyone keeps asking me has my taste improved and I have to say in all honesty for the most part...no- however.........I am finding my beloved coffee bitter (and its the same brand I have had for years) and also brown sauce (otherwise known as HP sauce/or similar to steak sauce) tastes vinegary?? and this is another of my great loves- has anyone else experienced changing tastes??

Isn't it great when that heavy chest feeling starts to go away????
Amazing that it only takes a couple of days of not smoking to feel better!
Dreams, smells and snacking.... you are right on target! Be glad you are dreaming
Spielberg movies and not Coen Bros. Movies! LOL!
The smells are distracting to me too as I also have a sensitive sniffer. I remember one other quit where I asked the doctor
for a pill to dull my sense of smell (I really did). It was all too much for me to take in at once. Luckily, now I'm older, I think my smell has just naturally dulled to what most people consider normal. Funny that we didn't know about our own smoke stink! yuck!
You are doing great.... keep up the good work!!! More than 1/2 way through Hell Week!!!!
It will get a little better every day!
