Belaine, it will get better! This is called Hell Week for this reason! Day 3 or so the nicotine is out of your system. Now its just the psycological aspects of the addiction trying to pull you back. Drink as much iced water as you can the next couple days to flush the toxins from your system. Try to gets lots of rest. Reward yourself as much as you can. Treat yourself like a princess! Temporary inconvenience will lead to permanent improvement! And the improvement is so worth it!!! Think of the rain as symbolizing the toxins being washed away from your body. The sidewalks are much cleaner after a rainstorm. The air smells wonderful once the rain stops. The rain is washing away the smoker! You can do this!!!
