Ive read that 5-8 lbs is average from quitting alone. Just because of more oxygen thicker blood fatty tissue. Now combined with eating more and working out to gain muscle mass even if small that should be good for another 5-8 minimum. This sisnt my opinion I found this threw research so if all is totalled Id say 8-20 lbs is all within reason. Im interested in getting physical results. I am extremely active with a very high metaboliism. I think both will slow down now from being smoke free. Stay tuned for more results, lol My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 198 Amount Saved: $53.46 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 10 Mins: 8 Seconds: 19

Geez, Im glad after all this reading that I am in NO way worried about gaining weight. I could use it. To me its a benefit of gaining . I feel for everyone that sees it as more of a consiquence of quitting than anything else. Makes it harder Id suppose. I am going to get back into training karate and weights but I need a good program. Im going to search sites to find a good program but I dont care how much I gain let it happen.. ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 198 Amount Saved: $53.46 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 9 Mins: 42 Seconds: 51
