Man, I thought I was all done but today I was craving like mad! But I didn't cave, and at work is usually where I do. I just went for walks around the building. I think I did that like 4 times but I was not going to smoke so walking it was! And I also took stairs instead of elevator. Along with my self POSITIVE talk : I am a non-smoker, I know I am craving but I don't need a cig, fresh air not poison. But the day is not over yet but I think for today I have these junkie thoughts beat! Everyone hang in there, we can do it together! ~Valic
