Just to let you know I am on day 27 now and still on the patches tried a day off yesterday and had to go back on them after about 2 hours.
So my advice is complete the course!
Phil
They are very expensive here in the UK(about 18 pounds sterling a week)which must put some people off?

Hey Phil,
Congrats on your 21 days, but i'm jealous. I too have 21 days but I don't feel great at all. Goes to show you how different everyone is. I'm using the patch too but I wouldn't dare take it off just yet. Lots of luck to you whatever you decide!

Hey Phil way to go 3 weeks is awesome :)
By ripping that NRT off you will be throwing your body into nicotine withdrawl. I dont know if this would be a good idea or not. I have never used NRT. I have read that you should follow the course through to the end for best results. Sorry cant be of much help.
PrincessC :) x

Phil congratulations on 3 weeks smoke free, you should be very proud.
As for the patches, my guess is you feel you don't need them, because you've got it on and it's helping you. I suggest you go through the program as prescribed. Keep up the good fight one day at a time :)Marie

Phil do whatever you feel is right for you.
I started off with patches. The more I read the more I didn't want the patches on me because I wanted the nicotine GONE! So I ripped mine off. 3 days of withdrawals. Look I'm still alive and smoke free.
