Hi I'm glad this is over once more, I read my notes again, this happens to me as soon as I go down on the ''patch''. When I first used it at 21 mg I was fine for a day or 2 then I started feeling it, but delt with it with walks etc, and around a week later it hit me a couple of days of crying and physically feeling sick and depressed, it lasted at least 3 days, then I'm fine, life is beautiful. 14 mg same thing hits me later 2 days in bed crying depressed. Finally 7mg same thing, this time only lasted 1 day, I spent the whole day in bed, I got up at 4:30 took a long lavender oil bath, my hubby had prepared a chinese fondue for me, we ate dinner I just got back for a walk with the dog. My life is perfect again. So this is the way I react to the patch. This is my reaction to this chemistry, I have one more step to go after this, it's going with zero patch. Well I figure it's gone down with every step, so I might be depressed for half a day or maybe not at all cause 7mg is nothing actually. I,ll deal with it again that's all.I have such a supportive husband, he's been smoke-free for 30 years, he doesn't remember much about his quit, he wants me to succeed and he helps me a lot, but I can tell he wants this to be over with soon, I think he's a little annoyed at me for talking about it so much, that's ok I understand and I have you guys, who are always here for me day and even night. So I wanted to share this with you ,who are new here and all the oldies that have supported me for the last 81 days. If this happens to you you'll know you're not alone. I'm a very lucky person, you see, I'm off work in the summer and I probably won't go back until end of September or maybe October. So when I go back to work and meet my clients I will be ship shape to do business. Now I want to thank each and everyone of you again and again, for your support you guys are the greatest and I hope you know it. I will thank each one of you in a different post. Bouncing back :)Marie
