Hi all,
We are sooo accustomed to the fast pace of our lives. When we quit smoking we DO HAVE to give it up for a time. We do need to pamper ourselves, think about ourselves (that is unusual also, huh?) It is not a selfish thing when we are quitting smoking...it is almost a MUST. Don't read books...TRY IT! Don't go for walks (can't spare the time) TRY IT; don't ride a bike, TRY IT! Don't have any aromatherapy for a nice hot bath; GO GET SOME! haven't ever had a massage, TRY IT! Quitting smoking is a LIFE CHANGING EVENT...so change your life. Try some new activities and passtimes. Above all, be good to yourself during this period of your life. We will get back into the fast lane soon enough. Lazing around this evening sending you my best.
