Hi all. I would like to pick your brains for some more info.I recall reading somewhere that the 3 month point can be dangerous for one to relapse. I'm a firm believer in NOPE and am not that worried about relapsing. I just made it through the 1st 3 months with no real probs. In 3 days I'll be celebrating my 100th dsy :) what is strange though is that this last week for some strange reason an urge to smoke is kind of half heatedly lurking around on the back of my head. did any of you have urges like this pop up around the 3 month period besides having an nice enjoyable cruise. In looking forward to getting to the breech in a couple of days ;). John
