It certainly spoke to me! Been there, done that!!!

I love the realisation three-quarters in that it is down to the individual to fix things, it is their responsibility and most importantly, it can be done!

The ending is one of great optimism and winning:-

"Make your heart the strongest muscle that you've got,

Then let it guide you in the dark,

Till you reach the other side."
