hello, i just started taking 300mg of wellbutrin XL a week ago and the only things i can really tell different is the shaking my hands always seem to be shakey. and the restless nights my sleeping pattern seems to be outta wack and i have experienced more dreams mostly nightmares that wake me up in the night in cold sweats and tears. other than those things i feel over all alot better. i also was taking 150 mg of wellbutrin for one week and then the next week i took 200 in the morning and 100 at night so iam sure taking it at night had alot to do with the restless nights so i suspect that to get better now that i only take one tablet in the morning.... good luck...i give you my best wishes in feeling better. :)
I am also on Wellbutrin as well as another antidepressant - generic Celexa (which I have had no problems with at all) but I also take anti-anxiety medication which tends to make me sleepy so it may mask any side effects from the Wellbutrin.
I'm on 300mg now and have much better focus and energy
but more muscle pain. I'm hoping this goes away.
I didn't notice too much side effects on 150mg, although my
tinnitus is much more noticeable. That doesn't bug me too
much, I've had tinnitus all my life.. I might get a sound
machine tto mask the tinnitus so I can fall asleep without
listening to that annoying high pitched squeal.
So far, so good.. :)

Hello everyone, I'm new
I've been taking Wellbutrin XL, 150mg. My doctor just changed
the dosage to 300mg. I'm curious to know how people's
experience has been with the change.
I almost wish I was on SR or immediate release version just so I
can slowly adjust to the larger dose. I did pretty well when I first
started on wellbutrin, no increased anxiety despite having anxiety
problems.. but I've been reading that peole had more side effects
on higer dosage.. I'd love to hear some of your experiences.
