Sometimes I will go a long time without crying and then I'll watch something sad on TV and competely lose it, way out of proportion to what I'm seeing. I guess that's the way I let things out.
If you are hearing voices that are distinct and separate from your own inner voice, I think you may need to let someone know. We all hear thoughts in our minds, kind of like mentally talking to yourself. But if you believe the voices are coming from someone other than you, you may need to touch base with a professional.
Hey, all I can say is enjoy those good days when they come. Are those times when you feel like you're dying panic attacks? And if so, are you being treated for them?
