This is a great place to share your feelings and experiences of depression with members who truly understand what it is like to expereince these feelings.
Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find our Depression Test. This test is not a diagnostic tool and is not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.

i am very frustrated because its takes so long to get any action on depression. My doctor will send me to a specialist but that takes so long. I tried prozac some time ago and that didn't do anything. I don't trust the medication much either. I don't like a lot of strange reactions. I do keep telling myself that I should exercise and that will solve all my problems. I need to get myself organized so I can cope with my life and fuction on a daily basis
