Hi moth, Yes, you are on the right track with this - the important thing is to make the program as relevant to your personal feelings/experiences as possible. Casey __________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team

Hi I think I've answered this question myself. I can just write about other emotions in the observations I make about the situation etc., can't I?

Hi Just started using the activity schedule and have a question. Does mood 2 have to stay the same for every day? For example f you track your level of anxiety one day could you then rate level of anger the next? Thanks Moth
