Hello, you two. Thinking and feeling are both symptomatic of each other. Neither of you are wrong, but the flip side is true, too. I have noticed before starting this program. I have noticed this more since starting this program and having to stop and write it all down.
I am a mind/body fitness instructor and know a little about how the body and mind affect one another. Keep in mind, I'm much better at expressing this to my clients than I am at checking myself. I have suffered from severe depression, too, and I'm far from 100% clear of it.
Thinking positively is hard work for people like us. I think if you take this program seriously that you'll find some answers.
