Sorry about my last message i put it in the wrong discussion. I know exactly how you feel when you suspect depression is back. I have had bad experiences where i let people down because of my depression, and it made me feel horrible. Always remember it is not your fault you have depression. Keep working through the program and using the site's tools, i hope they are helpful(even though i am not quite familiar with them myself). Hang in there, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Tell yourself you will get better i can do it, and it will hapen, maybe not this month, or the next, but it will. Keep those positive thoughts in your head, and then you will make it, and you will see that light at the end of the tunnel. I hope this has been helpful and suportive. Take care. Chris
