Butterfly, Boy do I relate to your comments. When I had my first really bad depressive episode that eventually led me to being diagnosed with depression, I was where you are. My doctor and my husband encouraged me to just plan to do one thing a day. Even if all it was, was to get up out of bed. It was at least more than I had been doing. Stay strong, stay in good communication with your doctor, and be gentle with yourself. We have probably all been where you are, and know how frustrating it is when part of you wants to do so much more, but you just can't. Don't beat yourself up, it will come. If you go on medication please be sure to tell your doctor everything you are feeling mentally and physically so he/she can adjust or change your medication to help you the most. Keep in touch. Kelly

hang in there hunnie! Youll do fine! Just keep your head up and give yourself some credit for actually doing something to help yourself! Much luck to you!

butterfly, You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. This may also better assess the situation. We also have developed a Depression Program. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@depressioncenter.net.
