Missing, Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your posting. How are things going now? I hope things have gotten better for you. Have you done any research into what causes your migraines? My husband gets them and has traced most of them to certain foods. If you can narrow down what may trigger a migraine, you may be able to figure out more accurately which is causing which to get worse. Have you talked to your doctor about your depression getting worse? He may be able to adjust your medicine if necessary. I also find that some over the counter medications cause me to become more down than usual. Mostly cold medicines. Just some ideas. I hope some of it helped. Keep me posted. Kelly

Hello, I was diagnosed with depression in October of 2004 when my friends took me to the emergeny room because they hadn't seen me for over 2 weeks. I was just starting my second year of University at the time and right up to and including when I was at the hospital, if you had asked me if I was depressed I would have said no. In my mind, if you were depressed you were sad and crying but I wasn't. It turns out that I had been depressed for at least 6 years. I thought that feeling nothing was normal and it was what you should be feeling when your weren't extremely happy. I am now on Effexor and Wellbutrin now but seem to have recently ended up in the same place I was nearly two years ago. On top of all this I also suffer from constant headaches and migraines since I was eight and I don't know if they are getting worse because of the depression or if the depression is worse because of the headaches. I know I have a problem since every time I take the depression test I score between 65 and 81. I am hoping that this program may motivate me to get better.
