Not stupid, just stupid if you don't ask. Knowledge is power, right?
Anxiety: Increased heart rate, increased respiration rate, tightness in the chest, thoughts of worry, shortness of breath to name a few. Doesn't have to be all of them.
Depression: Recurring sadness, crying, sleeping too much or too little, eating too much or too little, low energy to name a few.
Big difference between the two right? Keep scoring them individually. Don't worry too much about the scores, nobody sees them but you and nobody has to know about them but you. When your comfortable you can share with your doctor or us but until then just try not to focus on it.
Remember, the more accurate the scores are the more they'll help you.
