Hi! This is the first time I have used this site. I think I am doing something wrong. I filled out the questionairres at the beginning but I couldn't get farther than that. Then of course I started to panic and now I don't know what I did. I also can't figure out how to get help from the support system. Can tell I am babbling right...a little bit manic right now.

Hi Odiepain, Welcome to the site. Thanks for sharing your introduction here with us. Your Session Diary is your Depression Program "Control Center." Your Session Diary contains all of your tools, worksheets and results as you move through each of the 16 Sessions in the Depression Program. Clicking on the icon which says "Click here to start your next session" will take you through the steps of the program. Please try to go to your Session Diary and click on the tab 'program reference tools'. At the bottom is a list of the lessons; they are .pdf files. However, you can't open the files until you first complete the lesson online. As you work through the program you can then choose the icon, "Your Progress Session Results". Clicking on this will allow you to view completed session results in "Your Progress (Weekly Reviews)". Please contact us in our feedback section found at the bottom of this page if you need further assistance with any of the site tools. We looking forward to assisting you. Hello I am new. My name is Odiepain. I am female, 56, and very depressed; searching for someone to talk with and hopefully help them and myself also. I am having trouble finding out how to get to the Depression Control Program Center to reach the forms I need to start this program. I am not too cmpt. savy, but can get by. Can someone send me the instructions on how to get to the forms needed for week 1 ..the Activity Schedule and the personal Mood Tracker. I will look forward to talking with each of you as we go down the "UPWARD" journey. Odiepain
