I have recently read session one and am in the middle of doing my homework but I am not able to access session one as you have suggested below. There is no session one in that tab.
Is there any way I can get to it?

To review past sessions, follow the steps:
1- Log into the Depression Center
2- Look to the top of your screen, you'll see an icon marked " go to session diary " Click it.
3- A box will appear with tabs. The tab on the far right marked, " your progress (session results)" will allow you to go back into sessions you have completed and review the information.
