I believe I might know a bit of how you feel. That sense of tiredness ... related to "fighting it" was what I experienced today. Spent a fair amount of it in the bedroom, which is old behavior newly revisited.
The thing is- it's just another day gone by and there's nothing to show for it ... and time's not on my side. So I guess if there's anything I might write in order to "shape" this all a bit more positively- and to use your words- I'm going to "try just about anything" to mix it up tomorrow. Call someone, make a commitment, stay upright, write some, work on not being an *******. You know ... the basics.

Just stumbled across this through my EAP program at work. Kinda scary acknowledging I feel the need for help .... but like everyone else I'm sure, I'm tired of trying to fight this on my own! Willing to try just about anything else at this point! :)
