Ang_m, Your therapist or physician are the best authorities to assist you with this question as they know your medical history and diagnosis. They are better able to tell you whether or not you'll be able to stop taking medication one day and what you can expect when you do. In the meantime, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our program tools including our online CBT program. Keep us posted on how you're doing. Hello, I just joined today. My main concern today is my med, and getting off of it some day. I have been reading horror stories about coming off of it. In some forums the people refer to it as a poison, that the withdrawals ruined their life??! It is called Cymbalta. Does anyone know anything about it? So...The day is just beginning for me- so far so good. Just breathe. Thanks for your time.
