Question 1: yes, you are supposed to continue the activity record till you get a feeling of the interactions between your moods and your environment and your thoughts.
You could stop, but it's beneficial to continue as this type of recording will develop into an even more detailed 'brainstorming' about the three things (thoughts, feelings, actions).
I assume, somebody from the Support Group will correct me if I am wrong
Question 2: you got it - the two mood 'coloumns' are for two different types of feelings, like
depression and anger or
depression and anxiety, or
anxiety and anger.
If you have more than 2, well, I would just draw a line for a third coloumn, but also here: the support Group could tell you more, if you should or not.
