Hi all,
I just have a question..
What are the positive effects for you doing the thought records? I mean, I am doing them from time to time, try it regularly.
So I decided to go over to the next session. On the beginning of the next session there is:
"Hopefully by now you’re starting to get a little bit better at challenging them, and you may in fact be starting to notice some positive effects."
I am just asking myself, what I should notice? I notice something, but not sure, if it is what I supposed to.
So, it is for me the knowledge/impression that I blow up little unpleasant things and make them much bigger than what they actually are. Or there are some few information and I just fill in the rest of the story with black color. So I learned that things are probably much better than what I assume and things are not as disastrous as I see them.
So, if anybody of you has also experienced the positive effects, could you maybe share, what you 'notice'? What kind of positive effects?
What are we supposed to learn by doing the though records? Can anyone say?
