It would be beneficial for you to complete the Mood Tracker and to keep working threw the program. If you've complete the first session, then you may continue on with session 2.

The once a week is to keep up a certain momentum... and to rmember to work the exercises often.
I do not learn that quickly so I took 3 months to get to lesson 5. I need to do lots of thinking about my habits and who to change!
Hi, i am new to the program. I did the first session but what else can i do? It says to do weekly sessions but there looks like there are lots of tools to use...
