hi JDK,
I might have another format to the mood tracking for you.
I have a mood chart for the bipolar that goes from Extreme mania unable to function, slight mania still functioning, normal/stable, slightly depressed still functioning, very depressed not functional. The top has all the days of the month and the bottom has a place to note meds and women's cycles...
all I have to do (at lunch) is tick off what level I am at. If I am not stable I add a sheet with the date and take a few notes for my therapist. It is a simple spreadsheet that I print when and how many I need... at home, at work, in my purse, so that I do not really have to look for it ... and when I need to be brought bach to the world of the norms, well, i look at the various sheets and see that I have good days and difficult days.
so if you like the computer format you can do a word-processing log or a spreadsheet chart. if you like the scratch of pencil and ink you can print off several sheets of set up a little notebook.
I hope I have given you some ideas to "play" with.
