Unfortunatelly is not a rare experience for me (I work in the University). But from a person that I considered a friend yes.  After that she came to apologize. I told her that instead that was better she didn't  have to apologize. Anyway I hope she understood.

Hi Sheba,

Good for you!  You were able to set boundaries with this "friend" and should not feel bad about it.  I'm sorry you were put into that position but there are people who definately only think of themselves.  It is rude not to consider others and she definately did not consider you by putting you into that position.  So good for you - you weren't walked over and didn't go along with plans you had no choice in!!  I'm very proud of you and am wondering if I'd have the strength to do the same.

Have a great trip home!!

Hello Sheba,

Glad to see you ready to go back home since you are a luggage expert :) Are you happy and excited?

As for your "friend" I agree she ws not being a friend at all. I agree with you she should have more respect, ou deserve it! Sorry to hear you had to deal with that kind of experience.

Sheba,

Sorry to hear that your friend wasn't being much of a friend at all.
On a positive note, are you all set to go home?

Today I was going to do some shopping with this lady (i cannot call her friend anymore).
We met today but... here goes the but. She was meeting other two persons and was going to have a coffee. The funny thing was that one of the guyes asked me if I wanted to join them and her told me to do what I wanted to.
I told her that I was going home and that she should at least told me. Then I send her a sms. I told her that if she wants to be my friend she shoud first of all respect me as a person and that no one is at her service.

I don't know if it was to tough  but it wasn't the first time she acted like this.... NO COMMENT!
