Perth,
You're welcome to stay on version 2 of the Depression Center if you'd like. You won't lose any information and you can continue your sessions if you'd like. We do however encourage you to register for version 3 and if you decide to do so, you're free to return to V2 to review your diary entries. There are many benefits to V3 and we're confident that once registered you'll love it too!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

I'm looking forward to seeing the changes. It sounds like a great way to be able to help us if we experience grief or loss and are working on another session, etc. I think stating the goals is a great idea. I think I should state them to someone who can hold me accountable though! I mean not that - nevermind!
Help! What do I do when I'm midst of the sessions? I've just finished session 8 and started 9.
How are they sructured then? Can I access my current state where I am now or do I need to re-start the program from the beginning?
Are there 17 sessions now instead of 16 or are there even more?
Tomorrow, October 21, 2008, we will be launching a new version, Version 3.0, of the Depression Center!
Some of the new features include:
After you’ve completed Session 1 you can read through any of the 17 other Sessions you choose. For example, after you’ve completed Session 1 you may decide to focus on Session 17: Grief and Loss, or maybe Session 14: Resolving Disputes. Since we’re all different, it only makes sense for each of us to decide what area of the program best applies to our unique situation
Member Goals- Which involves the ability to post your goals (Most people who sign up for our Online Program post some personal goals. Many of our members have said that publically stating these goals is very important because it helps them to keep focused on their commitment to try to reach their goals. Posting goals also helps others to decide what they would like to try to work toward).
A new and improved Navigation Tool
Stayed tuned and be sure to check it out tomorrow!
