It depends which one you feel would be more beneficial to you at this time.
Do you think dealing with your depression issues could be more helpful or dealing with the anxiety? Which one of these do you think is the most important thing you'd like to sort out first? If you can't decide, you can try thinking of pros and cons for each and posting them, maybe other members can offer their feedback and advice.
Lance you said that you feel stuck in different areas, and are not really sure what you should focus on.
If you don't mind sharing, which areas in specific do you feel stuck in? It might be helpful to identify these areas so that way, as Furgittit mentioned you can work on them one step at a time. It can be overwhelming to do too much at once, and breaking it down into smaller bits could be useful.
I need to focus on moving forward and I have different areas im stuck in. Yes Im depressed but I CAN get going once I get up. I NEED to be able to drive. Both programs IDK
Lance, are you able to focus on anything right now? Not necessarily something that you have been assigned, but something you can truly focus on and get some clarity from. That is what you should focus on in the moment. Practise just focussing for a few minutes a few times a day and once you are comfortable doing that, pick one small part of any program, be it depression, anxiety, your therapist homework, or you hypnotherapist work. But I do suggest one thing at a time. I find this is the only way I can obtain any clarity in what I am doing. There is too much chaos and confusion to multi-task all the time.
I have issues with depression and issues with panic attacks when I drive. I am bipolar. I want to be working on both programs, but having trouble just doing the one. I have these as well as my therapist gave my Byron Katiess the work, I vave the panic away program and a hypnotherapist gave me books to read. I need to fix me all the way, soon if Im going to have a life.
