Actually that button probably works if you are posting and image from the internet (it asks for you to provide a url). But the picture is actually on the local hard drive of my computer not on the internet. If you could ask the IT folks if it is possible and how to post a pic from my computer instead of from the internet that would help a lot.
I will see about uploading some pics. I just wish it was easier to upload them on this site. It is really quite awkward and time consuming trying to do it in the "avatar picture space" with the size restrictions and all. Perhaps you could mention to the tech guys there that a feature that makes it easier to upload pics in the "text space" (like in other forums) would be nice.
One of my goals/activities from Session 2 was to return to my colored pencil painting. Today I have begun the drawing of a still life that I arranged and photographed. I love to draw it is a shame that depression robs you of the things you love the most.
Another goal/activity was to get outside and do more walking. The weather has been nice here and I have already been out several times this week and will be out with my camera again this afternoon for a while.
