Thanks for the response. I have tried counseling and therapy in the past, but I have to admit, I did not keep going. Have a problem with starting things and then finishing them. I do a lot of things at once and get confused as to which one I should do, then I just don't do the ones I don't feel like. I would like to try therapy, but their is a hindrance in my life keeping me from doing it. And if I do try therapy I would have to keep it a secret.
I have started the sessions and finished the first one. Already I am discovering what is causing some of my anxiety! I am starting the seven day activity log tomorrow, and will see how that goes.
