I'm sorry to hear you have not been feeling great. But it is good to hear you are seeking treatment here and with your doctor. Have you had a chance to check out the program yet? The program is based on CBT techniques and is a proven effective treatment for depression and anxiety. The program will help you get started. Set small goals for yourself at first maybe aim to read a few pages a day or go for a 15 minute walk. Do you think you are ready to start thinking about goals? If so, what could be some small goals that could work for you?
If your not quite ready to get into setting goals and working on the program yet that's ok too. It's waiting for you whenever you feel ready.

Hi I just signed up today. I am being treated by my doctor for depression. I have been off work for 3 months thus far. I am on my 3rd medication(Wellbutrin) I have about 3 weeks on that so far... I don't feel so great the last week or so... I guess I don't know where to start here.....
