If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.
We also have developed a Depression Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.
These tests may or may not be for you but they are "free". Please continue to strive forward and lean on us for support.
Welcome to the forums! Here you will find wonderful resources to help yourself with depression and anxiety. In my case CBT has been of great help because I have been able to control the symptoms and go on with my life. CBT is not a quick fix and takes some work and persistence to be effective but if you want to get better it could worth it. You only know if you try it.
I feel depressed at work .I get panic when talking to my boss or person who is in authority . Like Manager etc .I get nervous mouth gets dry ,my mind goes blank and I am not able to think ..Right words does not come out .And after that i start feeling depressed ..Please help .
