It sounds as if you are chastising yourself a lot of the time. What about just listening for a change to yourself with compassion and without judgement.
Procrastination can be due to anxiety, depression, burn out and a number of other different conditions. How long have you been feeling this way? Have you talked to a counsellor or doctor about how you have been feeling? What have you looked into so far? And Lastly, what made you think what you are experiencing is depression?
