Have you tried using the mood tracker yet? Marking it daily is a good habit to get into... especially when the despair is running rampant. It also is a precursor to other more complete mood trackers you will be asked to do as you progress through the sessions.
From I am glad I have this life to despair for the people I work for and the people I work with. I am exhilerated at one point and driven to despair with the respondent decision makers (not the staff).
Great idea to have a thread on the mood tracker. It has not been discussed much so I kind of lost motivation to keep it up. When I have used it... I found it extremely useful to check in everyday and just keep track of where I am and where I've been which really helps identify the patterns of my depression. I also remember to take my meds more consistently when I'm recording it every day. I hope to hear if other ppl find it useful as well.
