If the heart palpitations are a symptom of your anxiety then first you must learn to control the anxiety. This can take time but with a bit of work you will notice a difference.

I've been trying breathing techniques for days, relaxation and mediation but my heart still feels like its beating through my chest. I can't breathe in deeply, I run out of breathe after 2 seconds of trying to slowly breathe in and out.
Plus Im a musician, I can barely practice because I have no air flow.
