The Activity Tracker is a great tool. Also, be sure to read the program starting at session one. You can take about a week to complete each session but you mind find you need more time - there is no rush. Just be sure that you complete all the required homework and you will be well on your way.
Hey everyone, I've been struggling for too long with depression and anxiety. I am a member of the Stop Smoking Center and was told to look into their Depression Center as well. This week I'm going to really focus on doing my Activity Tracker and hopefully I get something out of this whole process. I wish everybody here the best of luck I'm also always willing to talk to anyone as we all try to better ourselves. :)
