I am so glad to read you were starting to feel better a few months ago. It sounds like you were doing all the right things. Nice work! I am glad you saw results.? ? Your step by step mindset was so healthy!

I am starting to feel better. Of course this did not happen over night. Doing the homework, setting goals and activities, and following through, all together with the meds also, has led to improvement. This is an everyday thing, improving how we feel, one step at time, moving forward.
