Life is about change. Quitting is about life. Don't confuse the two. You are on a path that will enrich your life 10 fold. Your quit will not only give you back your health, it will continue to build your confidence.
Be upset if you want about your life and personal issues within it, but don't connect those things with your quit. You have broken a chemical addiction. That is great!!! As for your life, hey, if you wake up tomorrow, it's a great day!! :p It's all perspective.
