Whenever I watched a movie afterwards id always was jonsing 4 a smoke.
Now same thing except I usually wanna go online, check my email, msn etcc...
Im wondering if I am just restless to begin with? I can hardly sit through long movies really i just get occupied with what im going to do next. cant settle down!!! arg!!!!

Use this knowledge to your advantage when it comes to quitting. I say, whenever you are having a craving, take it as a sign that you're looking to smoking as something to do next... and then do something else. Try to come up with something that you will do everytime you get a craving to signal that you should do THAT instead of smoke. I'm glad to hear that you've replaced the want to smoke with the want to check email or something... that's definitely progress!
