Well today was a good day i got a job!
There was alot of waiting around though and I was very nervous! But not enough to smoke, i keep cigarette sized straws on me and sucked on them and chewed on them , people that saw mustve thought I was crazy!!
Today, was my first day since quitting that I've seem someone smoke and smelled it. I just walked right on by and at first it smelt good but than I thought about this.
"Half of the smoke you inhale, you don't exhale" Only ten percent of it gets exhaled. EW gross!!!
It felt good today too that usually waiting around you get withdrawl if your waiting around too much. A guy that was waiting just as lng as me, lit up right after we both left! He mustve been in withdrawl I thought!!
So I'm having a pretty good attitude about things,
hows my Febuary quitters still doing?
Do you find that it is getting easier? harder?
I find its easier now, but thats because I ve only smelled and seen a guy light up once and saw a guy take out a ciggarette but not lit it so I didnt smell it.
My sister (who smokes) didnt smoke in front of me today in the car which is good, I guess shes respecting my quit.
